COURSE ADVANCEMENT 4: DIURNAL DIORAMA

Course: Introducción al Modelado 3D con Blender

Continuing with the course, this time I have modeled many things in the room until finishing it! I am very happy and now I will show the progress in detail.

Firstly, I modeled a bottle for the bookshelf I had made earlier and added some fake eyes inside to give it a strange touch.

Then I modeled some typical boxes found in rooms to store various items.

Next, I improved the room’s window by adding a frame and movable panes. Then, a metal roller shutter with its opening and closing mechanism, like those found in apartments.

Then, I modeled the room’s floor to simulate a wooden surface, and on the room’s wall, I started decorating with paintings and a clock.

Next, I modeled a carpet for the floor, and a little bench to give the room an antique touch. After that, I added some slippers and made final size adjustments to some objects in the room.

Here, I finally show the result of this section! I truly enjoyed it and learned a lot; the instructor explains the lessons very well. Little by little, I’m gaining more experience in modeling 3D objects, and I am becoming more confident every day.

Now it is time to start the next section of the course, which is about bringing this scene to life with materials, coloring and lighting of this diorama!

More updates coming soon!
